Many companies do not employ any personnel; their activities (financial, holding, possession and use of patents or trademarks, possession of property, etc.) do not require any workforce. These companies are nonetheless required, like all other commercial enterprises, to fulfil certain legal and administrative obligations.

There are often met on the basis of mandates by trust companies such as ours.

But companies without employees are not the only ones to delegate their administrative tasks. Some companies that are well established simply do not wish to devote time and energy to the duties associated with their industrial or commercial projects.

We are happy to relieve our clients of these tasks, the terms and limits of our involvement being fixed by a power of attorney.
